(1) Once a reservation request is received, we'll prepare a lease for you and email it for you signature.   When you tell us the signed lease and payment is forthcoming, we'll hold the rental dates for seven days while we wait for your package to arrive. Please note that all leases are pending availability, and all information above must be provided - thanks

 

(2) Your Social Security number provides us with confirmation of who you are.  This is a luxury home and we take this step in order to protect our other guests.  We do nothing with this unless there is an issue and we have had none in the past four years.  If you are opposed to providing this, then include a legible photocopy of your Driver's License with your lease - thank you
